40 Yard Dumpster Rental

The rental of a 40-yard dumpster includes the following:

• Holds up to 4 tons of waste materials
• Both delivery and pickup of the dumpster
• Rental period up to 7 days

Concerning disposal of concrete or dirt: If you need to dispose of either concrete or dirt materials, then this disposal accommodation must be requested at the time of your dumpster rental. Please contact our representatives in order to make arrangements for the disposal of such material, as additional fees may apply.

Extra charges for overweight materials: An additional fee of $95/ton will charged for materials weighing more than your dumpster rental’s weight capacity. Each day beyond the initial rental term will result in an additional $20/day fee. Waste not covered in your rental agreement, such as fridges, mattresses, sofas or other large materials will be charged on a per-item basis.

Hazardous materials warning: Any materials classified as hazardous are prohibited in our dumpster rentals. The customer will be responsible for any fines or charges associated with disposal of such materials. Items which are considered hazardous include, but are not limited to: ammunition, batteries, paint thinner, fertilizers, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, propane tanks, freezers, stains, varnish, tires, refrigerators, household cleaning products, antifreeze, motor oil, Freon, aerosol cans, fluorescent light bulbs and paint cans.

This dumpster rental accommodates up to 3 truckloads of waste.
